Từ thực tiễn công tác tại cơ sở, nhiều bí thư chi bộ ở Tây Ninh đã thể hiện rõ vai trò hạt nhân chính trị, góp phần đưa nghị quyết của Đảng đi vào cuộc sống bằng những việc làm cụ thể, thiết thực. Trong số đó, ông Nguyễn Hoàng Ân - Bí thư Chi bộ ấp Đường Long, xã Thạnh Đức là một điển hình tiêu biểu.
Ông Nguyễn Hoàng Ân là một trong những bí thư chi bộ cơ sở có nhiều đóng góp nổi bật trong công tác xây dựng Đảng, phát triển đảng viên, giữ vững nền nếp sinh hoạt chi bộ và phát huy vai trò lãnh đạo tại khu dân cư.

According to local assessments, the Duong Long hamlet Party Cell maintains periodic activities in accordance with regulations, focusing on thematic activities associated with socio-economic development tasks, maintaining security and order and building a cultural life in residential areas. Party member development work is deployed methodically, focusing on creating sources from outstanding union members and association members at mass organizations, contributing to improving the quality of the contingent of Party members at the grassroots level.

Previously, many roads in the hamlet were muddy and degraded, causing difficulties for people's travel and daily life. From that reality, the Party cell persistently propagated and mobilized according to the motto "people know, people discuss, people do, people benefit".
Phát huy vai trò nêu gương của đảng viên, người dân trong ấp đã tự nguyện hiến đất, đóng góp ngày công, vật tư và kinh phí để làm đường giao thông nông thôn. Nhờ cách làm phù hợp, nhiều tuyến đường đất trước kia từng bước được bê tông hóa, mở rộng, khang trang, sạch đẹp, góp phần làm thay đổi diện mạo nông thôn và nâng cao đời sống vật chất, tinh thần của người dân.
Chia sẻ về quá trình làm công tác Đảng ở cơ sở, ông Nguyễn Hoàng Ân cho rằng, điều quan trọng nhất là sự gắn bó và niềm tin của nhân dân. “Muốn làm tốt vai trò bí thư chi bộ thì phải thật sự gần dân, lắng nghe dân và giải quyết công việc từ những vấn đề cụ thể, sát thực tế”, ông Ân nói.
Theo nhận định của cán bộ Mặt trận tại địa phương, những bí thư chi bộ trưởng thành từ phong trào quần chúng, am hiểu địa bàn và biết phát huy sức dân chính là yếu tố then chốt giúp tổ chức Đảng ở cơ sở giữ vững vai trò lãnh đạo. Những mô hình hay, cách làm hiệu quả từ chi bộ ấp, khu phố đang góp phần đưa nghị quyết của Đảng đi vào cuộc sống, củng cố niềm tin của nhân dân đối với tổ chức Đảng.
