According to the recently released financial report, in 2025, GELEX achieved consolidated net revenue of 39,519 billion VND, an increase of 17.1% compared to 2024. In which, the electrical equipment segment continued to play a key role, contributing 25,052 billion VND (up 21% over the same period), equivalent to 63.4% of total revenue.
The remaining segments also recorded positive results, including: construction materials reaching VND 8,464 billion (up 10%), industrial park & real estate infrastructure VND 4,561 billion (up 9.8%), utility infrastructure reaching VND 1,299 billion (up 13.2%).
After deducting expenses, GELEX's pre-tax profit reached VND 4,636 billion, up 28.3% over the same period. Gross profit margin reached 21.3%, continuing to improve compared to 20% in 2024.
EBITDA growth reached VND 8,346 billion, up 25.2%, thereby improving debt repayment capability indicators in the context of GELEX's loan expansion with many large projects in the final sprint.
In 2025, GELEX set a revenue target of VND 37,600 billion; pre-tax profit of VND 3,041 billion. With the achieved results, the enterprise completed more than 105% of the revenue plan and exceeded 52% of the profit plan, showing outstanding efficiency compared to the set target.
As of December 31, 2025, GELEX's total assets reached VND 73,557 billion, an increase of 36.8% compared to the beginning of the year. Cash and cash equivalents reached VND 8,660 billion, an increase of more than 2.1 times, reflecting consolidated financial capacity. Financial safety and solvency indicators have improved.
2025 marks an important turning point in GELEX's 35-year development journey. Member units such as GELEX Electric have made breakthrough growth, GELEX Infrastructure successfully IPOed and moved to listing on HoSE, and at the same time implemented many key projects. The enterprise also successfully mobilized 79 million USD of international capital, firstly prepared financial statements according to IFRS standards and implemented a series of initiatives on digital transformation and corporate culture.
In addition to business activities, GELEX continues to affirm social responsibility when the Project to renovate the A9 Emergency Center and Stroke Center - Bach Mai Hospital was awarded the Human Act Prize 2025, marking the persistent efforts for the community and the human values that the business pursues.
