Lãnh đạo công ty cho biết, 100% người lao động đã tham gia tổ chức công đoàn và được bảo đảm đầy đủ các quyền lợi về bảo hiểm xã hội, hợp đồng lao động. Thu nhập bình quân đạt trên 15 triệu đồng/người/tháng. Thưởng Tết bình quân lương tháng 13 đạt trên 6,5 triệu đồng/người, kèm phần quà hiện vật trị giá 600.000 đồng cho mỗi cá nhân.
Công đoàn Công ty tặng quà Tết cho 100% công nhân với tổng kinh phí trên 659 triệu đồng; hỗ trợ vé xe cho công nhân xa quê về ăn Tết và thăm hỏi 554 lượt đoàn viên khó khăn với số tiền hơn 200 triệu đồng.
