"Trước đây, tỉnh lộ 313C chi chít ổ gà, ổ voi, nắng bụi mưa lầy, việc đi lại của người dân gặp rất nhiều khó khăn... Nhưng nay chúng tôi đã có đường mới sạch sẽ, rộng đẹp, xứng đáng với ngần ấy năm đợi chờ" - anh Thịnh mừng rỡ.
